We store what the service needs to work: your email, a hashed passphrase, your conversations with your companion, and derived memory (facts, open threads, dates you mention, relationship tenure). This is used only to run your companion.
Messages are processed by our AI providers (Anthropic for language, ElevenLabs for voice) to generate replies. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Push notifications, if you enable them, store a device token and timezone. You can turn them off in the app at any time.
Download all of your data via Export brain, or erase everything with Delete account — both are self-serve and immediate.
